This post is long overdue, we went into a bit of a blogging hiatus and and our final two weddings of the year are just being blogged now. I traveled back to Indiana to photograph Michelle & Matt’s wedding which was an absolute blast! Michelle and Matt are are a great couple with a wonderful sense of humor, which was on full display during the ceremony. Michelle and her bridesmaids came up with a plan prior to the ceremony. When the pastor asked if Michelle would take Matt to be her husband, the girls huddled up to “decide” if she would do it. As the guests and Mat burst into laughter, I sear I could see a bead or two of sweat on Matt’s forehead! They went on to have a absolutely fantastic reception and i was thrilled to be a part of it! Congratulations Michelle and Matt, we are so happy for you!

The bouquet toss was raided by some of the groomsmen, as Michelle’s brother jumped in between herself and the bouquet as she tossed it to the crowd. Unfortunately for him, he missed it but another giuy came up with the prize! As you probably can tell, Michelle and Matt had an incredibly fun wedding, and I got to travel back to Indiana to documnet the wonderful day at Kirby’s Private Dining on December 18th. One Year Ago Today….Heather and Drew were married!

Congratulations to Heather and Drew, who are celebrating their first year of marriage today! They had a wonderful and intimate wedding at Kirby’s Private Dining and celebrated their honeymoon in New York City! Congratulations again!

The Last Hour | Final Dance

Jennifer and Mark’s wedding was essentially over. They had said their goodbyes to many of their guests and they were starting to pack up around the reception. Even though they had danced often on their wedding night, they headed over to the empty dance floor for a few minutes together. Between my light and the smoke from the D.J., this magical moment happened. Within moments, they were accompanied on the dance floor by a few of their frinds and this scene was quickly a memory.

Elizabeth and I traveled back to Indiana to document the wonderful wedding of Jennifer and Mark at St. Peter & Paul Church in Haubstadt and their reception at Kirby’s private Dining in Evansville. We hit it off with Jennifer from the first contact we had, being that Elizabeth, Jennifer and I each graduated from Ohio University in Athens. It was a wonderful day, here is their wedding story!
