The bouquet toss was raided by some of the groomsmen, as Michelle’s brother jumped in between herself and the bouquet as she tossed it to the crowd. Unfortunately for him, he missed it but another giuy came up with the prize! As you probably can tell, Michelle and Matt had an incredibly fun wedding, and I got to travel back to Indiana to documnet the wonderful day at Kirby’s Private Dining on December 18th. Kara and Scot were married on December 11th, 2011 at St. Bonaventure Church in Glenshaw and their reception was held at the Fox Chapel Golf Club Kara and Scot had a romantic, candle light wedding ceremony and a killer wedding reception with a 80’s music theme that had the crowd up all night. Lacey & Chris were married in the wonderful college town of Bloomington, Indiana. Elizabeth and I worked with Lacey’s father for eight years together, who is a sports writer for the Evansville Courier & Press. and Elizabeth and I were staff photographers. Lacey and Chris could not have enjoyed their day any more and just returned from their honeymoon in Cancun. Check back for their full wedding post!

Elizabeth worked with our great friend Annie O’Neill for Gayle and Steve’s wedding at the East Liberty Presbyterian Church and Elizabeth captured this wonderfully funny moment of their first kiss apparently going to long! I just love to gesture of the pastor trying to get their attention during the kiss. Their reception was held at The Mansions on Fifth, which has just been completely renovated and is a stunning location for a wedding. Please check back for their full post!

A Preview- Jeaneen & Matt | September 25th, 2010 | The Century Inn

We absolutely love intimate weddings! Including Jeaneen and Matt, the bride and groom, there were 19 people at The Century Inn in Scenery Hill, Pennsylvania at their wonderful outdoor wedding. What was so great about this wedding was how willing they were to be impromptu on their wedding day. Jeaneen’s dad, who made pinatas for all of their family occasions growing up, didn’t disappoint on his daughter’s wedding day. So after a half dozen other participants tried and failed, Jeaneen- wedding dress and all- put on the blindfold and knocked the pinata into next week, sending candy soaring throughout the gazebo.

A Preview- Addy & Jeremy

Most of the time for a sneak preview, we will do a photograph of the bride and groom at some point in their wedding. This is no slight to Jeremy, the groom ( you know we love you man!), but Elizabeth nailed this perfect moment of Addy and her father moments after he saw Addy in her wedding dress for the first time. There really is no caption needed when you see the look on both of their faces during the hug. They are probably just landing in Hawaii for their honeymoon ( I don’t want to say we’re jealous, but, yeah, we’re a bit jealous!). Have an unbelievable time, we were thrilled to be a part of your wedding!
